Hi, my name is Andrew, and I watch movies. I have watched thousands of movies in my life, and enjoy writing, and talking about them. There is no discrimination based on genre or age here, I watch 'em all, write about them, then podcast about them. Sometimes, I even watch the movies with other people, and have an after movie conversations on the show. We are beginning a journey down the rabbit hole of Folk Horror, and the movie Jugface is our starting point. This film has shown up on lists of most disturbing horror films since it came out, but this is a first watch for me. Folk Horror is also only a semi familiar genre, so we will be learning this together. The inspiration for this journey stems from the documentary Woodlands Dark and Days Bewitched streaming on Shudder. Jugface can also be found on the same app.
